The hotel is situated on the main road in Alness, which is perfect for easy access and close proximity to where I work when I am in Alness. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious, although the room I got was across the road and not as shown in the images. The service was exceptional with staff accommodating us well and going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The dining experience was fabulous, even though it was just cereal being delivered to the room. Overall, a great location with friendly staff, but some room discrepancies to note.

The room was clean with everything I needed. I especially liked the walk-in shower as it was convenient for me. However, the windows wouldn't stay open in either room due to broken sash cords.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were quick to take our orders and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They even changed the TV channel in the bar for us!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic and definitely worth the price. The service was beyond accommodating and the location was perfect. The dining experience was fine, but finishing early could be better. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel was in a good state of repair, with engaging and friendly staff, offering a really cozy environment. I had one of the best night's sleep in a hotel bed in a long time. The breakfast was fine, though there was no hot breakfast, there was plenty of continental options including little bags with pancakes and hot cross buns, making it a spotlessly clean experience.

The staff were amazing, really accommodating, and made sure all our needs were met. They even changed the channel in the bar so we could watch the Formula 1 race. Gill was especially nice and the manager was lovely too.
